Anna is organizing a trip to Goa, India in April of 2010

The theme of our trip is Self Love and Unleashing The Inner Light! 

With years of exploring diverse coaching and healing techniques, Anna will combine her skills to support our quest for expanding awareness during our stay. Each day will consist of Asana, pranayama, mantra, meditation and techniques for group work  and individual inquiry used for shifting any pertinent perspective and/or pattern ready to be healed.  We will also secure our heartfelt alignment with the Divine as the inner relationship that blossoms our deeper connection with Love and Forgiveness.
