Welcome to the breathing space and Amulyanna's place of work, sharing, and play.
Amulyanna has been teaching yoga since 1988 after studying modern dance in NYC and
Milan, Italy. Her experiences in dance brought her to the refining and subtle practices of
Hatha Yoga, Breathwork and Meditation.

She has acquired certificates in Massage, Shiatsu, Phoenix Rising Yoga Therapy,
Breathwork, Soul Coaching, and Advanced Hatha Yoga and presently offers classes, private
sessions and ongoing Teacher Training Programs. Her program is approved by the Yoga
Alliance and awards each participant with a 200 hour certificate.

Amulyanna's dedication is to the ongoing process of expanding,  growing, and celebrating
her Personal practice into her work with small groups and individuals. She has cultivated the
skills in teaching, facilitating and sharing through the heart with
compassion, humor, and awe.
